Alden is a junior at Yale University majoring in Computer Science and Economics. He is a teaching fellow at Yale’s Computer Science Department and a research assistant at Yale’s Economics Department. He comes from Singapore, and is the co-president of the Malaysian and Singaporean Association at Yale. He is also co-founder of BlockBox Singapore, a socially-oriented health promotion enterprise that leverages on community building and social relationships to improve health outcomes. He joins UCBRC with the hope of building bridges between the next generation of transpacific leaders.

陈明阳是耶鲁大学的大三生，正在修读计算机科学和经济学专业。他目前担任耶鲁大学计算机科学系的助教，也是经济学系的研究助理。他来自新加坡，是耶鲁大学马来西亚-新加坡协会的主席。他也是BlockBox Singapore的创办人之一，这是一个以社会为中心、为了促进健康而设立的企业，通过社区建设和人际交流改善健康情况。他希望通过UCBRC建立起下一代跨太平洋领导人之间的沟通桥梁。
