Andrew Cobb is a Senior at Tsinghua University studying International Relations, where he is also the president of the Canadian Students Association. His research experience includes international human rights within the framework of the UN, the global energy industry, and US-China international trade law. At the UCBRC, Andrew hopes to bring his experience from previously reforming and leading a student association, his passion for US and Chinese politics, as well as his unique insight of being a foreigner in China for the past 7 years. 

柯博安 (Andrew Cobb) 是清华大学国际关系专业的大四学生，也是清华加拿大学生联谊会的主席。他的研究领域包括联合国范围内的国际人权、全球能源产业和美中国际贸易法。在UCBRC，他希望可以带来以前领导和改革学生协会的经验、对中美政治的热情，以及他作为一名在中国生活了7年的外国人的独特见解。
