Editor in Chief

Requirements: 

  • Superb writing skills in English and Chinese 

  • Superb communication skills (both internally and externally)

  • Demonstrated leadership capability and confidence in taking initiatives

  • Interest in US-China relations, passion for art exhibition and journalism 

  • Familiarity with new media platforms and publicity strategies 

  • Design skills and user experience expertise a plus 

  • Experience in art journalism and publishing a plus 

  • Experience in art exhibition a plus 

Potential Responsibilities:

  • Planning publicity strategies for projects and communicating with the media team about implementing those strategies on WeChat, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and the organization website.

  • Compiling media kits for projects 

  • Taking initiative in expanding the scope of the team’s content creation.

  • Editing, proofreading, and sometimes translating contents created for various purposes, which include but are not limited to project publicity, artists interviews, and opinion pieces. 

  • Assisting the curation of art exhibitions if interested.

  • Anything else you wish to realize at this position
