Evan is a junior at Yale University from Jacksonville, Florida, studying for joint bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biomedical engineering. He is the chief science officer of a biotechnology company in New Haven, CT, and is the president of the Yale Global Initiative for Biomedical Innovation. His cognitive science research has been published in Management Science and his Brexit research project featured in USA Today. At Yale, he studies Mandarin Chinese. He has taught and developed English curriculum for Chinese students for nearly two years. He joins UCBRC with the hope of connecting students with resources fostering cross-cultural communication.
