Maggie is a junior at Cornell University studying Anthropology and Government. Born and raised in Shanghai, China, Maggie has been immersed in a multicultural environment since her childhood and hopes to further mutual respect and understanding through events at UCBRC. Last fall, Maggie served as a research intern at the Brookings Institution’s Center for East Asia Policy Studies, where she primarily worked on issues pertaining to China‘s soft power initiatives amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Maggie是康奈尔大学人类学和政治学专业的大三学生。她在上海出生并长大，从小就沉浸在多元文化的环境中，并希望通过UCBRC的活动进一步增进中国与美国人与人之间的相互尊重和理解。去年秋天，Maggie在布鲁金斯学会东亚政策研究中心担任研究实习生，并注重于疫情之下中国软实力策略的相关问题。
