Yanni graduated from Wellesley College in 2020 with a B.A. in Art History and Honors in East Asian Studies. She is an incoming MA student in East Asian Studies at Stanford University. At Wellesley, she served on the executive board of Wellesley Chinese Students Association and the Davis Museum Student Advisory Committee. She also directed the iMUSE Winter Conference 2020, where students from Wellesley, Harvard, MIT, Tsinghua University, and Peking University engaged in meaningful dialogues throughout a week-long conference.

She has lived in many different cities throughout her life including Shanghai, Toronto, and Boston. As a result of her experiences, she has a passion for building relationships across national borders. At the Better Relations Coalition, she is committed to uniting students and organizations in an effort to foster a better understanding of US-China relations and to raise awareness of student initiatives.

燕妮于2020年从卫斯理学院毕业，本科主修艺术史和东亚研究。她将于明年去到斯坦福大学修读东亚研究硕士项目。本科时，她曾担任中美大学生交流论坛（IMUSE）的冬季会期主席，参与过卫斯理CSA以及学校美术馆的学生委员会。她对文化交流的热爱源自她多元化的成长背景——从上海到多伦多再到美国东部，她深刻意识到文化的流动性，并希望探索更多可以促进文化理解和合作的方式。在UCBRC，她将致力于连接更多的学生和学生组织，开展更多交流项目。
