Zuki Fu is a junior year student at the University of Washington (Seattle), majoring in Comparative Literature and minoring in Visual & Media Art and Drama-Acting. For academic research, Zuki is particularly interested in interdisciplinary research within the Comparative Literature curriculums. After comparing the mutual interactions of literary works with Psychology, Philosophy, and Religious study in the contemporary France era, she once crafted essays about the relationships between the modern French Literature and how these works relating to the Bible and philosophical ideas of Montaigne, Rousseau, Sartre, and Schiller. In addition, Zuki is also one of the main organizers of the online international festival at the UW (Resilient Vision 2020). Having cooperated with Jinan University in China and Shih Hsin University in Taiwan, the film festival was aiming at bringing more rationality and harmony across the countries. As one of the members of the Culture and Art department at UCBRC, Zuki is craving for planning and organizing more relevant events to benefit the relations between the U.S. and China via Arts and Humanities.
